Fullness Board of Advisors

Date: February 2026 Duration: 60 minutes Attendees: Jeanne Yasko (Chair), Jorge Crecis, Kim Hutt, Freddie, Graham Alexander

  1. Check-in

Personal and professional updates shared by all members.

  • Jorge shared that autumn/winter felt personally challenging, but since Christmas he has resumed consistent training, started therapy, and feels more stable and content.

  • Jorge mentioned potential relocation considerations (career + personal loneliness), but no decision yet.

  • Advisors offered availability for individual conversations if needed.

  1. Key Updates from Jorge

Content Creation & Products:

  • First Fullness course (Meditation for performers and athletes) has been recorded and is now in production/editing.

New potential products in pipeline:

  • Cognitive training related to menstrual cycle.

  • HYROX mental performance training.

  • Ongoing development of structured trainer training program (3-month course starting April).

Growth & Clients:

  • New clients continue to find Fullness organically (Instagram, paid ads, word of mouth).

  • No active outreach since September; growth appears inbound-driven.

  • Sponsorship strategy implemented: selected athletes receive training in exchange for visibility, content and workshops.

  • Market Positioning:

  • Fullness differentiates through quality, science, and human relationship.

  • Challenge identified: confusion between psychologists and cognitive coaching; need for clearer positioning.

  1. Technology & AI Development

Internal Tools:

  • Jorge is developing internal apps using “vibe coding” to automate data tracking and reduce trainer/admin load.

Athlete dashboard includes:

  • Sleep data

  • Subjective stress

  • Heart rate

  • Hand grip strength

  • Deviation alerts (10–20% thresholds)

“Fullness Genie” in development to answer common questions and provide automated feedback.

Advisor Feedback:

Graham:

  • Use AI for prototyping, but avoid selling non-robust software.

  • Consider hiring developers to rebuild properly if commercialised.

  • Protect intellectual property from AI scraping.

Data Protection:

  • Strong concern about GDPR and data security, especially with minors.

  • Risk assessment suggested: consider impact of potential data breach.

Wearables:

  • Future integration with devices like WHOOP recommended.

  1. HYROX Opportunity

  • Jorge explored HYROX personally and sees strong market trend.

  • Potential niche identified:

    • Mental preparation for endurance under load.

    • “Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional” angle.

    • Attention control and emotional regulation during effort.

  • Advisors encouraged early partnership conversations instead of waiting for a perfect product.

  • Jorge expressed hesitation about approaching elite athletes too early; advised not to undersell.

  1. Metrics & Performance Tracking

  • Hand grip used as nervous system readiness indicator.

  • Discussion about correlation with HRV.

  • Kim suggested adding:

    • Morning resting heart rate (before getting out of bed) as fatigue/illness predictor.

  • Jorge will incorporate this variable and explore research correlations.

  1. Key Challenges Identified

  • Time allocation between client delivery and product development remains a structural tension.

  • Tech development introduces:

    • Security risks

    • Compliance responsibilities

    • Potential distraction from core service

  • Relocation decision remains open and emotionally relevant.

  1. Accountability & Next Steps

Jorge will:

  • Send London meeting date options via WhatsApp (27–31 May / 3–7 June).

  • Research IP protection language for content.

  • Review GDPR compliance and data security.

  • Add morning resting heart rate to athlete tracking.

  • Initiate early conversations with HYROX partners and sports brands.

Advisors will:

  • Share availability for London meeting.

  • Provide guidance on security/GDPR where relevant.

Meeting Summary (Minutes)

Fullness Board of Advisors

Date: November 2025

Duration: 60 minutes

Attendees: Jeanne Yasko (Chair), Jorge Crecis, Kim Hutt, Freddie, Bridget Lappin, Graham Alexander

1. Check-in

  • Personal updates shared by all members.

  • Jeanne reminded everyone of the importance of responsiveness to messages.

2. Key Updates from Jorge

  • Partnership with Raisa:

    • Raisa is stepping down for personal/medical reasons.

    • Despite early strategic potential, collaboration didn’t materialise as expected.

    • Future collaboration remains a possibility, but not guaranteed.

  • Financial Update:

    • Income has tripled compared to previous quarters.

    • New clients now approach Fullness organically (no outreach needed).

    • Still uncertain if this is sustainable or anecdotal.

  • Strategic Refocus:

    • Fullness is now clearly targeting athletes in transition.

    • Strong retention rates among clients due to success during these transitions.

3. Dance Sector Update

  • The idea of positioning Fullness as a creative process in dance companies has not converted into results:

    • 50 institutions contacted → 6 conversations → 0 clients.

    • Dance world seen as more closed-off than sports sector.

    • Will retry outreach in Jan/Feb 2026.

    • Continuing organic growth via platforms like DanceHive.

4. Key Challenge: Staffing

  • Federica: Current freelance trainer, highly effective.

    • Started at 0.5 FTE → now at 0.25 FTE due to financial strain.

    • Jorge unsure about returning to 0.5FTE in January due to sustainability risks.

  • Second Admin: Paid per task very efficient — no current issue.

  • Time Management Issue:

    • Most time is spent on client work → little left for new products or strategic growth

    • Jorge wants to create three new offerings:

      • Working with menstrual cycle.

      • Meditation for movers.

      • Course for parents of athletes.

5. Suggestions from Advisors

  • Kim: Explore using final-year sports therapy/sports science students as interns.

  • Graham:

    • Suggests offering Federica a 3-month “top-up contract” (0.25→0.5 FTE) framed as investment.

    • Encourages Jorge to frame this as buying himself time for product development.

  • Jeanne:

    • Encouraged Jorge to explore Leticia’s company in Denmark and the Northern School via Livia.

  • Bridget:

    • Suggested Jorge blocks “creative retreat time” to daydream, plan and implementation

    • Proposed outreach to other performing artists (e.g., actors, musical theatre) as alternative markets.

    • Flagged 2028 LA Olympics as a long-term strategic opportunity.

6. Accountability & Next Steps

  • Jorge will:

    • Analyse spreadsheet data and decide by mid-December whether to increase Federica’s hours.

    • Share a clear work plan with the Board and use them as accountability buddies.

    • Contact Leticia and Northern (via Livia), explore university partnerships for interns.

    • Block production weeks (e.g., March at Jesús Robisco’s studio) to develop new products.

7. Next Meeting Planning

  • Proposed Dates:

    • Thursday 5th, 12th, or 26th February 2026

    • Jorge prefers the 26th, after the video shoot with Livia.

    • Jeanne will share poll in WhatsApp group.
