Deviation alerts (10–20% thresholds)

Future integration with devices like WHOOP recommended.

Attention control and emotional regulation during effort.
Advisors encouraged early partnership conversations instead of waiting for a perfect product.

Board of Advisors
Meeting Summary (Minutes)
Fullness Board of Advisors
Date: November 2025
Duration: 60 minutes
Attendees: Jeanne Yasko (Chair), Jorge Crecis, Kim Hutt, Freddie, Bridget Lappin, Graham Alexander
1. Check-in
Personal updates shared by all members.
Jeanne reminded everyone of the importance of responsiveness to messages.
2. Key Updates from Jorge
Partnership with Raisa:
Raisa is stepping down for personal/medical reasons.
Despite early strategic potential, collaboration didn’t materialise as expected.
Future collaboration remains a possibility, but not guaranteed.
Financial Update:
Income has tripled compared to previous quarters.
New clients now approach Fullness organically (no outreach needed).
Still uncertain if this is sustainable or anecdotal.
Strategic Refocus:
Fullness is now clearly targeting athletes in transition.
Strong retention rates among clients due to success during these transitions.
3. Dance Sector Update
The idea of positioning Fullness as a creative process in dance companies has not converted into results:
50 institutions contacted → 6 conversations → 0 clients.
Dance world seen as more closed-off than sports sector.
Will retry outreach in Jan/Feb 2026.
Continuing organic growth via platforms like DanceHive.
4. Key Challenge: Staffing
Federica: Current freelance trainer, highly effective.
Started at 0.5 FTE → now at 0.25 FTE due to financial strain.
Jorge unsure about returning to 0.5FTE in January due to sustainability risks.
Second Admin: Paid per task very efficient — no current issue.
Time Management Issue:
Most time is spent on client work → little left for new products or strategic growth
Jorge wants to create three new offerings:
Working with menstrual cycle.
Meditation for movers.
Course for parents of athletes.
5. Suggestions from Advisors
Kim: Explore using final-year sports therapy/sports science students as interns.
Graham:
Suggests offering Federica a 3-month “top-up contract” (0.25→0.5 FTE) framed as investment.
Encourages Jorge to frame this as buying himself time for product development.
Jeanne:
Encouraged Jorge to explore Leticia’s company in Denmark and the Northern School via Livia.
Bridget:
Suggested Jorge blocks “creative retreat time” to daydream, plan and implementation
Proposed outreach to other performing artists (e.g., actors, musical theatre) as alternative markets.
Flagged 2028 LA Olympics as a long-term strategic opportunity.
6. Accountability & Next Steps
Jorge will:
Analyse spreadsheet data and decide by mid-December whether to increase Federica’s hours.
Share a clear work plan with the Board and use them as accountability buddies.
Contact Leticia and Northern (via Livia), explore university partnerships for interns.
Block production weeks (e.g., March at Jesús Robisco’s studio) to develop new products.
7. Next Meeting Planning
Proposed Dates:
Thursday 5th, 12th, or 26th February 2026
Jorge prefers the 26th, after the video shoot with Livia.
Jeanne will share poll in WhatsApp group.
